POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to our customers, facilitating the consulting tasks execution, reporting of company’s expenses and time sheets related to consulting business projects

In this role, the Project Coordinator will work closely with the CEO to help ensure the on-time implementation and ongoing operations of our Consulting business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating the completion of SAP Implementation project steps, using PMO standard processes and tools.

  • Managing IT project schedules for assigned projects for each project delivery step

  • Establishing strong relationships with internal and external customer resources

  • Working with Project Consultants to ensure accurate project tracking, time sheets and expenses

  • Handling of project documentations and tools

  • Ensuring all projects data and artifacts are accurate and kept up-to-date.

  • Providing status updates to Consultants, Managers and/or Customers, as needed.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a IT or SAP capacity; prior fashion or retail preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to anticipate roadblocks and come up with alternative solutions quickly.

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively across other teams and departments.

  • Knowledge of how to manage project plans and documentation and can compile checklists and create status presentations

  • Strong organizational and analytics skills.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast pace and deadline oriented environment.

  • Proficient in all MS Office programs.

  • Experience with SAP and/or other ERP system preferred, but not required.
     

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

JOB TYPE:

  • Half-Time (50%)
