is experienced in the area of information technology and SAP consulting professional services. He has extensive experience in consulting, sales, services, and management experience. His strong leadership and in-depth knowledge of SAP resulted in many benchmarking achievements. Prior to founding Puma IT Services LLC, Claudio spent 15+ years working with SAP in a variety of Consulting roles in Europe as well as leadership and management positions with one of the major Swiss retail companies.
